- Return Airfares
- Hotel deposit at the time of check in for incidentials charges released at the time of check out.
- Any personal expenses , laundary , minibar, shopping, room service etc or alcoholic beverages will be charged additional.
- Return airport transfers if flights booked other than the given slots for group transfer.

Booking & Payment :
- A non-refundable registration fee of 50% of the Total Package per person is required at the time of booking.
- To confirm your booking, you must submit the completed registration form along with all required documents.
- Full payment must be completed 4 weeks before departure to secure your place.
- Delayed payments may result in changes to your departure date or cancellation of your booking.
Hotels :
- If your preferred hotel is unavailable, Embrace Earth Travels will arrange an alternative property offering similar services and amenities.
Group Travel:
- Group air tickets are strictly non-refundable.
- Date changes are only permitted before ticket issuance. Any fare difference must be paid by the traveler.
- Seat Upgrades
- Seat/class upgrades can only be processed at the airport, subject to airline availability.
Pricing :
- Package prices are based on an exchange rate of 1 USD = INR 97 and may vary with fluctuations.
- Airfare and applicable taxes are subject to revision at the time of issuance.
Itinerary Changes :
- Once confirmed, itineraries cannot be modified verbally.
- Any change request must be submitted in writing, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
Minimum Group Size :
- This tour package requires a minimum of 35 adult passengers traveling together.
- A reduction in group size may result in increased costs or modifications to the services provided.
Check-In/Check-Out Times :
- Standard international hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
Currency Fluctuations :
- Any increase in foreign exchange rates may affect the cost of transportation, hotels, and land arrangements.

Flight Delays/Cancellations :
- Travelers are responsible for additional expenses arising from flight delays, rescheduling, or cancellations.
- Embrace Earth Travels will assist wherever possible, but no refunds will be given for unused services.
Trade Fairs :
- Embrace Earth Travels is not responsible for any changes in dates, venue, cancellation, or exhibition profile of trade fairs or events.
Single Travelers :
- Single travelers may be required to pay a single occupancy supplement if a twin-sharing partner is not available.
Visa Information :
- Embrace Earth Travels is not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or related expenses.
- Cancellation charges apply in case of visa rejection as per the policy.
Cancellation Charges :
- In addition to the non-refundable registration fee, the following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 45 days before departure: 50% of booking amount
- Between 46 – 31 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost
- Between 30 – 0 days before departure: 100% of the total package cost
