Terms and Conditions
- Rs.60,000/- per person advance deposit (non- refundable) to be paid for Land
arrangements while booking & full payment to be cleared 3 Weeks prior to departure or
else the departure date will be subject to change. For bookings with group airfare, advance
deposit. of Rs. 60,000/- to be paid at the time of booking. - If the above-mentioned hotels are not available, similar grade hotels will be provided
without compromising on any service or facility. - The cost is based on rate of exchange 1 USD = INR 85.
- Airfare & Taxes are as of 14/11/2024 and are subject to change.
- No change in itinerary once confirmed will be honored unless given in writing. No verbal
commitments will be honored unless given in writing. - The travel package is purely based on minimum 20 adult passengers travelling together.
Any reduction in the group size will lead to an increase in price or change in the services. - The International Check-in time: – 1400 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.
- In group airfare passengers may not get to do web check in and have to request for the
desired seats at the counter on the day of boarding. - Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface.
Transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure,
the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to EMBRACE EARTH TRAVELS. - Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the
passenger’s own & EMBRACE EARTH will not be held liable for such expenses. However,
we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. No refund will be provided for any
unutilized services. - Embrace Earth is not responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue,
Cancellation and / or the exhibition Profile. - In case of any last-minute registrations received for a single person or non- availability
of finding a twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne
by the passenger’s mandatory. - Documentation: The passenger/s will not hold Embrace Earth Travels under any
circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any
expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc.
In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given. - Cancellation Charges: If due to some unforeseen circumstances you can not avail the
package, you should intimate your cancellation in writing for which the following charges
will be applicable
